Ingredients
- 3 large oranges
- 200g almond flour
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- Wash the oranges, then boil them whole for 1 hour. Drain and let them cool.
- Cut the cooled oranges into quarters, remove any seeds, and blend them into a smooth puree.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and orange puree. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
