Ingredients
- 1 kg carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 liter vegetable broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the carrots and potatoes, and pour in the vegetable broth.
