Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until they are soft.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pot and brown them on all sides.

- While the chicken is simmering, prepare the dumplings. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.

- Add the dumplings to the pot with the chicken and let them cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
