Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pot, and brown them on all sides.
- Sprinkle the sweet paprika over the chicken, and stir to coat the pieces evenly.
