Ingredients
- 500g of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs
- 200g of sour cream
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 100g of butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, sauté the mushrooms and onions until they are soft and any liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
- Spread half of the batter in a greased baking dish.
- Add the mushroom and onion mixture on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the mushrooms.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
