Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked noodles
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil.
- Whisk in the fermented rye flour until smooth.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and parsnip to the pot.
- Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Divide the cooked noodles and hard-boiled egg slices among serving bowls.
- Ladle the hot soup over the noodles and eggs.
