Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Whisk in the fermented rye flour until smooth.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and parsnip to the pot.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the cooked noodles and hard-boiled egg slices among serving bowls.
  7. Ladle the hot soup over the noodles and eggs.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
