Silesian Potato Salad (Sałatka ziemniaczana śląska)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, chopped eggs, and chopped onion.

  4. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
