Ingredients
- 1 lb kiełbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kiełbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage, sauerkraut, caraway seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
