Ingredients

- Salt to taste
- 4 pita bread pockets

Instructions
- Marinate the mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated mutton and cook until the mutton is tender.
- Stir in the tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Warm the pita bread pockets in a toaster or oven.
- Fill the pita pockets with the cooked mutton mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
