Sindhi Kheema Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 250g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add the minced meat, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
  4. Spread a ladleful of dosa batter on a hot griddle to make a thin dosa.
  5. Place a portion of the cooked kheema (minced meat) filling in the center of the dosa and fold it over to form a semi-circle.
  6. Cook the dosa until it turns crispy and golden brown.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining dosa batter and filling.
