Sindhi Kheema Dosa
Sindhi Kheema Dosa is a delicious and savory dish from the Sindhi cuisine, made with a thin, crispy dosa filled with a spiced minced meat filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 250g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add the minced meat, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
- Spread a ladleful of dosa batter on a hot griddle to make a thin dosa.
- Place a portion of the cooked kheema (minced meat) filling in the center of the dosa and fold it over to form a semi-circle.
- Cook the dosa until it turns crispy and golden brown.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dosa batter and filling.
