Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 4 parathas
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Now, add the minced meat and cook until it changes color.
- Next, add the tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook until the meat is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
- Warm the parathas and place a portion of the kheema mixture in the center. Roll the paratha tightly to form a kathi roll.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
