Sindhi Kheema Samosa
Sindhi Kheema Samosa is a popular snack in Sindhi cuisine, known for its flavorful minced meat filling wrapped in crispy pastry.
Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 12 samosa pastry sheets
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add minced meat, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the meat is fully cooked.
- Let the filling cool down. Then, fill the samosa pastry sheets with the prepared filling and seal the edges using a flour-water paste.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
