Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for kneading
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Sushi nori sheets

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into thin circles.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the rolled dough circles until golden brown on both sides, using a little oil.
  4. Once the Koki is cooked, let it cool down. Then, spread a thin layer of yogurt on each Koki and place a sushi nori sheet on top.
  5. Roll the Koki and nori sheet together tightly, then slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
