Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Sushi nori sheets
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into thin circles.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the rolled dough circles until golden brown on both sides, using a little oil.
- Once the Koki is cooked, let it cool down. Then, spread a thin layer of yogurt on each Koki and place a sushi nori sheet on top.
- Roll the Koki and nori sheet together tightly, then slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
