Sindhi Seyal Mani (سندھی سیال مانی)
سندھی سیال مانی (Sindhi Seyal Mani) is a traditional Muhajir Cuisine dish that is packed with flavor and spices. It is a popular dish in the Muhajir community and is often enjoyed with naan or rice.
Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 4-5 green chilies, slit
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
- Now add mutton pieces and cook until they change color.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Whisk the yogurt and add it to the mutton. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add green chilies and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mutton is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
