Ingredients

  • 1 cup mani (wheat flour noodles)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  3. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the mani and water. Mix well and cover the pan. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the mani is soft and the water is absorbed.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
