Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

- Salt to taste

- 1 cup tamarind chutney
- 1 cup mint-coriander chutney

- 1/2 cup sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, chopped onions, cilantro, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until they are golden and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- To assemble the chaat, place the aloo tikkis on a serving plate. Top each tikki with a spoonful of tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, and yogurt.
- Sprinkle sev on top and garnish with additional chopped cilantro if desired.
