Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • 8 slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Toast the slider buns on the same pan until they are lightly golden.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the potato patties between the buns.
