Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix minced meat, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, fresh coriander, and salt.
  3. Divide the dough and meat mixture into equal portions.
  4. Roll out each portion of the dough, place a portion of the meat mixture in the center, and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.
  5. Flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out into a paratha.
  6. Cook the paratha on a hot griddle with oil until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
