Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix minced meat, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, fresh coriander, and salt.
- Divide the dough and meat mixture into equal portions.
- Roll out each portion of the dough, place a portion of the meat mixture in the center, and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.
- Flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out into a paratha.
- Cook the paratha on a hot griddle with oil until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
