Instructions

  2. Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

  4. Roll out each ball into a flatbread (koki) using a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the koki on both sides until golden brown, brushing with oil.
  6. Once the koki is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool slightly.
  7. Cut each koki into half and gently open each half to form a pocket.
