Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Add cooked rice and mix well until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
