Singapore Fried Rice is a popular dish in Indian Chinese cuisine, known for its flavorful combination of rice, vegetables, and spices.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
- Add cooked rice and mix well until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
