Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 8 cups water
- 1 packet sinigang mix
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 radish, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork with salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
- In a pot, sauté the onions and tomatoes until fragrant.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Add the sinigang mix and stir until dissolved.
- Add the meatballs, radish, and eggplant. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
