Ingredients
- 250g pasta of your choice
- 2 cups water
- 1 packet sinigang mix
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 200g pork belly, sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the sinigang mix. Stir until dissolved.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and pork belly. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Stir in the fish sauce and spinach leaves. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sinigang soup mixture.
- Garnish with sliced red chili, if desired.
