Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup sinigang soup base
  • 1 cup cooked pork belly, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced radish
  • 1 cup sliced eggplant
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the sinigang soup base evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer the cooked pork belly, radish, eggplant, spinach, and tomatoes on top of the soup base.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  7. Drizzle the cooking oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
