Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup sinigang soup base
- 1 cup cooked pork belly, sliced
- 1 cup sliced radish
- 1 cup sliced eggplant
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread the sinigang soup base evenly over the dough.
