Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, sliced
- 8 cups water
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 2 medium tomatoes, quartered

- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 1 bundle kangkong (water spinach) or spinach
- 1 packet sinigang mix
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add pork belly and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add onion and tomatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in the sinigang mix and add radish and eggplant. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the strawberries and kangkong, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
