Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly, sliced
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 medium onion, quartered

  • 1 radish, sliced

  • 1 bundle kangkong (water spinach) or spinach
  • 1 packet sinigang mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add pork belly and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add onion and tomatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sinigang mix and add radish and eggplant. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the strawberries and kangkong, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with fish sauce or salt to taste.
