Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, green peas)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
