Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup sisig (Kapampangan-style pork sisig)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the sisig evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, and green chilies over the sisig.
  5. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. While the pizza is baking, mix the mayonnaise and calamansi juice in a small bowl.
  7. Once the pizza is done, drizzle the calamansi-mayonnaise mixture over the hot pizza.
