Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup sisig (Kapampangan-style pork sisig)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup calamansi juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread the sisig evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, and green chilies over the sisig.
