Sizzling Sazon (Sazón Ardiente)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
