Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
