Sizzling Shish Kebabs (Καυτερά σουβλάκια)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of lamb, cut into cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the lamb, onion, and bell peppers to the bowl and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
