Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pig's ears, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken liver, boiled and chopped
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3-4 pieces red chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 knob ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 piece raw egg

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped pork belly, pig's ears, and chicken liver. Cook until slightly crispy.
  3. Pour in the calamansi juice and soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add the red chili peppers and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the sizzling sisig to a sizzling plate.
  7. Top with mayonnaise, green onions, and a raw egg. Mix well before serving.
