Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup pig's ears, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken liver, boiled and chopped
- 1 onion, minced

- 3-4 pieces red chili peppers, chopped
- 1 knob ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup calamansi juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 piece raw egg
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chopped pork belly, pig's ears, and chicken liver. Cook until slightly crispy.
- Pour in the calamansi juice and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Add the red chili peppers and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the sizzling sisig to a sizzling plate.
- Top with mayonnaise, green onions, and a raw egg. Mix well before serving.
