Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) pork shoulder, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10g) dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine the pork cubes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the pork evenly.
