Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until softened.

  8. Stir in the heavy cream and return the chicken to the skillet.
  9. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is heated through.
