Sloppy Joe Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Split the slider buns and place a spoonful of the sloppy joe mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
