Ingredients

Instructions

- Cook the halušky until they float to the surface, then remove them with a slotted spoon and drain.
- In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the bryndza or feta cheese until it melts.
- Add the cooked halušky to the skillet with the melted cheese and toss to coat.
- Serve the halušky topped with the crispy bacon.
