Small Fish Pizza (kapenta Pizza)

Ingredients
- 1 cup small dried fish (kapenta)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired pizza size and thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Evenly distribute the dried fish, onion, and green pepper over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and dried oregano over the top.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
