Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
- 4 cups water
- 4 red chilies

Instructions
- Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken thighs to flatten them.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken thighs until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
