Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, flaked herring, sliced red onion, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced pickles, and chopped fresh dill.
- Add the sour cream to the bowl and gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
