Ingredients
- 1 lb Hokkaido venison, ground
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the venison patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
