Ingredients
- 1 lb Hokkaido venison sausage
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Place the venison sausage in a shallow dish and pour the soy sauce mixture over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the mustard sauce.
