Ingredients
- 1 lb Hokkaido venison, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto the venison slices.
- Prepare a smoker according to manufacturer's instructions and smoke the seasoned venison for 2 hours, or until fully cooked and tender.
