Ingredients
- 2 lbs smoked pork ribs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ribs in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Brush the honey glaze over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil, baste the ribs with the pan juices, and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
