Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked pork, cut into cubes

- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the smoked pork cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Next, add the chopped mustard greens and mix well with the pork.
- Pour in the water, season with salt, and cover the pot. Let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is tender and the greens are cooked through.
- Once done, remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or flatbread.
