Ingredients
- 250g smoked reindeer meat, thinly sliced
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the smoked reindeer slices, red onion, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before slicing and serving.
