Ingredients
- 100g smoked salmon slices
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Using a mandoline or vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the cucumber strips and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each strip.
- Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up the cucumber strips with the salmon inside to create small rolls.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks if necessary and refrigerate until ready to serve.
