Ingredients

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix the smoked salmon, mashed potatoes, onion, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small croquettes.
- Dip each croquette into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the croquettes from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
