Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the smoked salmon, mashed potatoes, onion, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small croquettes.
  3. Dip each croquette into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
