Smoked Whitefish And Potato Salad
This Smoked Whitefish and Potato Salad is a traditional Yup'ik dish that combines the smoky flavor of whitefish with the heartiness of potatoes, creating a delicious and satisfying salad.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked whitefish, flaked
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked smoked whitefish, diced potatoes, onion, celery, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
