Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked whitefish, flaked
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
