Smoky Pork With King Chilli

Ingredients
- 500g pork, cut into cubes
- 10-12 king chillies, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the pork cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Stir in the chopped king chillies, tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in enough water to cover the pork and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Season with salt and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
