S'mores Bars

S'mores bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat. These bars are perfect for when you're craving the flavors of s'mores but don't have access to a campfire.

S'mores Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Top with the mini marshmallows, covering the chocolate chips completely.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Allow the s'mores bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
