S'mores Bars
S'mores bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat. These bars are perfect for when you're craving the flavors of s'mores but don't have access to a campfire.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with the mini marshmallows, covering the chocolate chips completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow the s'mores bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
