Ingredients

  • 500g snails, cleaned and prepared

  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the snails and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, bell peppers, green beans, and carrots. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
