Ingredients
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 100g snow vegetable (雪菜)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Add the snow vegetable, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the water and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the snow vegetable is tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
