Ingredients

  • 200g pork, thinly sliced
  • 100g snow vegetable (雪菜)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
  4. Add the snow vegetable, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the water and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the snow vegetable is tender.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
