Instructions

- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 socca crusts.
- Top each socca crust with cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers, and fresh basil.
